Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial. We collect a payment method at signup but do not charge you until the trial ends - cancel within 7 days and you are never charged.

How does billing work?

There is no monthly billing. You pay upfront for either 3 months or 1 year, whichever you choose at signup, and the plan renews at the end of the term. We notify you before every renewal charge.

Are Starter and Pro single-user?

Yes. Starter and Pro are single-user plans. Multiple users with roles and shared seats are an Enterprise capability - request a demo and we will set up your team.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Pricing is localised: businesses in India are billed in Indian Rupees and businesses in Singapore in Singapore Dollars. Your currency is set from your account country and each region has its own price.

Can I export my data if I cancel?

Always. Your books export to CSV, Excel, and PDF at any time, and export is never blocked by plan or licence state.
